Exercises for Peace and Spiritual Attunement

To achieve greater inner peace, and thus make more "room" within yourself for connection with Spirit - try the following affirmation and meditation.
Repeat the following affirmation 5 to 10 times when you wake up in the morning, before you go to bed at night, and several times throughout the day:
"I am gracefully accepting Spirit's healing and support, and I am welcoming the abundant joy and peace available to me in every moment."
Meditate on the quality of "peace" once or twice a day:
As you find yourself choosing towards peace more often, and creating "pockets" of time when you can bring yourself into peace despite whatever has been going on for you, you will likely find that the things that have been "covering up" your inner peace will naturally start to be resolved and you will experience more and more peace in your daily life.
